SportsMenders Female Boxing Club is a fun, safe, and empowering boxing programme designed specifically for girls aged 5–14 years. Our sessions focus on building confidence, discipline, fitness, and self-defence skills in a supportive female-only environment.
Led by experienced coaches, girls will learn boxing techniques, footwork, coordination, and strength training while developing teamwork and resilience. The sessions are skill-based and beginner friendly, helping every participant improve at their own pace.
At SportsMenders, we believe boxing is more than a sport — it’s a way to help girls feel strong, confident, and empowered.
