Our KS1 Boxing sessions are a fun and energetic way for young children to develop their coordination, balance, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Designed specifically for Reception to Year 2, these classes introduce the fundamentals of boxing through games, basic techniques, and simple drills that help children build agility, focus, and listening skills.
Children will learn how to move, punch, and react safely while improving their overall fitness and motor skills. Our friendly coaches ensure every child feels included, motivated, and proud of their achievements, no matter their experience. Boxing at this age is all about enjoyment, teamwork, and developing a positive attitude toward physical activity.
