After-School Gymnastics Club 🏅
At Sports Menders our after-school gymnastics club is a fun, structured session designed to help children build confidence, strength, flexibility and coordination in a safe and supportive environment.
Led by a qualified gymnastics coach, children will learn a range of fundamental gymnastics skills including:
* Rolling, balancing and jumping
* Basic vaulting and floor skills
* Strength and flexibility development
* Body control and coordination
* Confidence-building activities and challenges
Sessions are carefully planned to be age-appropriate and inclusive, helping children progress at their own pace while having lots of fun.
Gymnastics is fantastic for developing key physical skills that support many other sports, as well as improving focus, self-belief and resilience.
This is a great opportunity for children to try gymnastics in a friendly school setting and build strong foundations for lifelong physical activity.
