🕺 Active Dance & Fitness Club 🏃
(Reception – Year 2 | Ages 4–7)
Active Dance & Fitness Club is a fun and engaging session specially designed for young children. Through creative dance, games, and simple fitness activities, children develop coordination, confidence, social skills, and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.

Our sessions also help improve children’s physical health and wellbeing by encouraging regular movement while developing strength, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness from an early age in a fun and enjoyable way.

Each session is carefully planned to be age-appropriate, helping children improve movement, listening, communication, and confidence through dance and active play. Our friendly and experienced coaches create a positive atmosphere where every child feels included and encouraged to join in.
All of our coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked, and first aid trained, giving parents peace of mind that children are in safe and capable hands throughout every session.

If you receive Universal Credit, Child Tax Credit, a Student Loan Grant, or use childcare vouchers to pay for club sessions, please do not make your booking through this portal.
