🕺Active Dance & Fitness Club – Reception to Year 2

An energetic, fun-filled club where children can enjoy music, get moving and have fun with friends! Our sessions combine simple follow-along dances, musical games and fitness challenges in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

What will children enjoy?

• Opportunities to express themselves and build confidence.

Our coach encourages children to join in and supports them throughout the activities. The emphasis is on enjoying movement and staying active, with no pressure to perfect routines or perform.

This is a fun, activity-based club rather than formal dance tuition. No previous dance experience is needed everyone is welcome!

What to bring: Comfortable clothing suitable for movement, trainers and a labelled water bottle.

Our sessions also help improve children’s physical health and wellbeing by encouraging regular movement while developing strength, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness from an early age in a fun and enjoyable way.

Each session is carefully planned to be age-appropriate, helping children improve movement, listening, communication, and confidence through dance and active play. Our friendly and experienced coaches create a positive atmosphere where every child feels included and encouraged to join in.

All of our coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked, and first aid trained, giving parents peace of mind that children are in safe and capable hands throughout every session.

Please read before booking: If your child has special educational needs (SEN), please contact the provider before booking. If one-to-one support is required, additional charges apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once a place has been booked for a specific Active Minds or Sports Menders activity, the booking is non-refundable if you cancel or your child does not attend. If we cancel the activity, we will offer a full suitable alternative. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you receive Universal Credit, Child Tax Credit, a Student Loan Grant, or use childcare vouchers to pay for club sessions, please do not make your booking through this portal.
