🏏 Sports Menders Cricket Club (Years 3–6)

Join Sports Menders Cricket Club for a fun and exciting introduction to cricket! Our sessions are designed to help children develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Throughout the club, pupils will learn the fundamentals of cricket, including batting, bowling, catching, throwing, fielding, game awareness, and the basic rules of the game. They will also improve their hand-eye coordination, agility, communication, and sportsmanship through fun drills, skill-based activities, and small-sided games.

To ensure every child receives the best possible experience, pupils will be separated into appropriate age groups where needed. Activities will be planned and adapted to suit each age and ability, ensuring all sessions are engaging, enjoyable, safe, and developmentally appropriate.

Whether your child is new to cricket or has played before, our qualified Sports Menders coaches will support every child to build their confidence, develop new skills, stay active, and have fun in a positive learning environment.

Please also make sure your child brings a waterproof jacket to every session. We will continue with outdoor activities in light rain or drizzle where it is safe to do so.

If you receive Universal Credit, Child Tax Credit, a Student Loan Grant, or use childcare vouchers to pay for club sessions, please do not make your booking through this portal.
